Way Ahead is a family run business providing care in the local community from 1994. Way Ahead continues to grow in both stature and reputation for providing excellent care and support throughout the areas in which it operates.

Working both in partnership with the local authority and through private contracts with individuals Way Ahead strive to deliver a quality and flexible service to adults of all ages and disabilities with in the comfort of their own home.

Way Ahead currently works in partnership with Somerset and Bath & North East Somerset local authorities delivering a range of services to adults of all ages and disabilities. Along with the core homecare provision Way Ahead delivers more specialised provisions with Somerset like Rapid Response and Out Hours Homecare, As well as delivering services within further contracts such as Floating Support, and care and support provisions for adults with Learning Difficulties.

Way Ahead's most recent expansion has been the awarding of homecare contracts with Bath & North East Somerset . Starting in May 2008 Way Ahead has been delivering care in Bath City Centre and the Keynsham areas of the County offering a range of care and support services through conventional funding, privately or through government schemes such as Direct Payments or Individual Budgets
