Community Care & Support Assistants - B&NES

Way Ahead are always looking for the special people we need to provide the care and support within the community. We are especially looking for anyone that is able to work both evenings and weekends

Duties can be anything from helping Service Users up and out of bed, washing & dressing, making them a meal or some light domestic duties.

Working in partnership with Bath & North East Somerset (B&NES) Social Services Way Ahead is contracted to deliver care throughout North Bath and Keynsham so you must have your own motorised transport.

Way Ahead offer excellent hourly, mileage & travel time rates of pay. Full training, including NVQ programs that are delivered by Way Ahead's own training division Step Ahead Training.

Working as a Community Care & Support Assistant is very rewarding and fulfilling as you get to meet lots of interesting people throughout the local community providing an essential and valuable service to allow adults of all ages and disabilities to stay within their own home and retain their independence
