The Work We Do

Way Ahead Care delivers care and support to adults of all ages and disabilities using various methods either in the short or long term. This care can be anything from weekly domestic duties, to more complex care and support delivery depending on the Service Users need. We are always interested in hearing from the special people required to deliver these types of services and join our team of Carer & Support Assistants working throughout the local community.

The care and support we provide can be purchased from the individual privately, through a Personal or Individual Budget or through our contracts with the Local Authority. Working in Partnership with Social Services Way Ahead Care provides a number of core services including Homecare and Housing Related Support within the local community and services within Extra Care Housing Schemes, or other supported living units.
