Way Ahead makes every effort to process all applications within 2 working days of teh applications receipt
The CRB states that all POVA checks should be returned to the Registered Body within 3days - Way Ahead is unable to chase POVA until the 3 days has lapse. The Enhanced Disclosure can take anywhere from 4/8 weeks to be processed. If we have not received the Disclosure by the eighth week Way Ahead can request CRB's "Special investigations" department to look into the Disclosures progress.
