Community Care & Support Assistants
Hourly rate £6.30 to £9.05 per hour
Mileage40p per mile
Travel Time in accordance to National Minimum Wage.
Way Ahead is a expanding family run, domiciliary care provider providing care to service users throughout the local community and is delighted to have been awarded contracts to deliver homecare in the Bath & Keynsham areas.
Working in partnership with Bath & North East Somerset (BANES) Social Services Way Ahead will be beginning to deliver homecare services throughout out North Bath and Keynsham from early April and are looking to recruit the special people we need to deliver these essential services throughout the local community.
Way Ahead is contracted to deliver care throughout North Bath and Keynsham so you must have your own motorised transport.
Way Ahead offer excellent hourly, mileage and travel time rates of pay and full training, including NVQ programs is delivered by Way Aheads own training company Step Ahead Training.
Working as a Community Care & Support Assistant is very rewarding and fulfilling as you get to meet lots of different people throughout the local community and provide an essential and valuable service to allow adults of all ages and disabilities stay within their own home for as long as possible
