Community Care & Support Assistant
Salary - £13,452.60
Working within a team of 4 Community Care & Support Assistants with allocated shifts working over a 4 week rolling pattern. The shifts are predominately working in the mornings, the busiest time for Way Ahead, and also accommodate a split shift two days a week to also help with Way Ahead's other busy period.
Over the four weeks you will average 34 hours a week and will received two consecutive days off as well as every other weekend off. The shift patterns for the entire year will be made available to you in advance.
If not already gained, Way Ahead would expect you to progress through your NVQ level 3 in Care
