Staff Training
Training is taken very seriously with Way Ahead and all new employees progress through our Induction program undertaking a number of training courses to give them the essential foundation knowledge required to work in both the community and the Extra Care Housing Schemes. All training is delivered by Way Ahead's own training company Step Ahead Training.

In line with industry standards all staff are actively encouraged to enrol on the appropriate level of NVQ.

As recognised by Way Ahead's continued accreditation of Investors in People standard, the access to internal training supports the policy of career progression which is actively operated by Way Ahead.
