About Way Ahead Care
Way Ahead Care is an established and friendly family-run business whose commitment and dedication to providing the best possible adult homecare is second to none. Our Service Users live in Taunton, Wellington and local suburbs. We are looking to expand our team of carers to work within these areas.
About the Role

A good knowledge and experience of social care, particularly in a domiciliary setting is desired. We provide a full and comprehensive training program, delivered by our in-house training department, along with continued support and guidance in the role. We are looking for friendly and caring individuals who have a strong work ethic to provide consistency of service delivery during what is a difficult time for both the Service User and their family. You will be required to hold a full UK driving licence and access to motorised transport
You will be working for an established care company who strongly believes that its staff are its greatest asset, with personal development and career progression actively encouraged.
We are looking to recruit staff that can work across all parts of the day
