It is with great pleasure that Way Ahead Care recognise Stuart Buzza for his 20 years of continued service.

Stuart was the 2nd Care Assistant to be employed by Managing Director Pamela Smith when the company was formed in 1994. During his time with Way Ahead Care Stuart has had many diverse roles including Team Leader, Trainer and NVQ Assessor. He now works within our Out of Hours Service delivering services to those that required additional support throughout the night.

Stuart was presented with a gold carriage clock by Company Director Richard Smith as a token of our appreciation for his continued dedication and loyal service.
