Congratulations to one of our Taunton Co-ordinators, Gemma Hogg, for winning the Cookery championship at this year’s Taunton Flower Show . This is the now the 3rd year of Gemma entering the competition and she has seen a consistent improvement in finishing places in those 3 years, to eventually winning the event this year. Disappointment at the Care Awards

It was disappointment at the Care & Support West Care Awards on Saturday as our nominee Ginny Nicholls failed to win her category of Front Line Worker – Home Care. However her nomination was certainly not an easy feat having been picked from 90 nominations. 20 Years continued services

It is with great pleasure that Way Ahead Care recognise Stuart Buzza for his 20 years of continued service. Stuart was the 2nd Care Assistant to be employed by Managing Director Pamela Smith when the company was formed in 1994. During his time with Way Ahead Care Stuart has had many diverse roles including Team Leader, Trainer and NVQ Assessor. He now works within our Out of Hours Service delivering services to those that required additional support throughout the night.
