Great Achievements
Tuesday night saw the Way Ahead Care Internal Care Awards in Bath recognising the staff and their achievements throughout the past 12 months.
This included recognising staff for their long service with the company (5 years or more) and a number of individual qualifications that had be undertaken by staff through Way Ahead Care’s internal training department – Step Ahead Training Centre.
These qualifications included:
Dementia Awareness through City & Guilds. This involved, recognising, managing and communicating with those that live with Dementia.
Gold Standards Frame Work. This covered the planning of End of Life care packages and working with others involved in such packages of care.
