Way Ahead Care are very pleased announce that 3 staff have been chosen as finalist for the 2019 Care & Support West’s Care Awards.

Our finalist are:

Rachael Adams – shortlisted within the care trainer award, and both Linda Sawicki and Chris Hern – shortlisted within the Live-in Care Workers award.

Care & Supports West (CSW) are a representative body for companies, charities, organisations and individuals involved in the social care, support and health sectors in the West of England.  They work in partnership with a wide range of statutory agencies who share the same commitment to quality, choice and value.

CSW Have been organising these Care Awards for a good number of years now and is somewhat a highlight for staff to attend and celebrate the industry.

This is not the first time that we have had staff selected as finalist. In past events we have come away winners. However in the recent past a winner’s trophy seems to have alluded us.

Fingers crossed that Way Ahead Care can come home winners in 2019.
