Although much of our focus is helping with the UK effort to prevent further spread of COVID-19 at the moment, it is still just as important to recognise the staff working in social care and their importance.

They help people and their families with short and long term challenges that might arise in their lives. This can include assistance to overcome physical, mental, social and financial challenges. The program offers:

- Financial advice
- Medical information line
- Structured telephone counselling sessions
- An online wellbeing portal
It is all completely free, independent and confidential and available to all employees of Way Ahead Care. This includes a mobile app ‘Health e-Hub’
